It isn't common, but a Click-Stand can bend, As in the pictured segments, it happens when the foot sinks in soft soil, or a heavily loaded front wheel "flops". A bent Mini Click-Stand needs to be sent back to me, but a Max can be repaired at home. All of this hinges on if I can retrieve your original order, or your careful measurement of a straight segment. You can always send it back to me, and I'll return it straight again. The "at home" process: Pull out and unclip the cradle; unstring your bent Click-Stand; restring with new straight segments - an actual string tied to the lanyard clip will help - clip on the cradle, and you are done!
